Women's Encounter Retreat
This retreat will take place in Theresa Dedmon’s home in Redding, CA. It’s for you to encounter TRUE relationship with one another- where you can relax, BE you, share with other amazing women like yourself in small groups, attend healing and destiny workshops, and hang out together in Theresa’s beautiful backyard, as you sit by the fire or put your feet in the jacuzzi at night.

The Speakers
Heidi Baker
Heidi Baker founded Iris Global in 1980 with her husband Rolland, and began ministering together in Asia. In 1995 they were called to the poorest country in the world at the time, Mozambique, and faced an extreme test of the Gospel. They began by pouring out their lives among abandoned street children, and as the Holy Spirit moved miraculously in many ways a revival movement spread to adults, pastors, churches and then throughout the bush all across Mozambique’s ten provinces.

Heidi was powerfully called to the mission field at age sixteen when she was living on an Indian reservation in Mississippi as an American Field Service student. Several months after she was led to Jesus by a Navajo evangelist, she was taken up in a vision for several hours and heard Jesus speak audibly to her and tell her to be a minister and a missionary to Asia, England and Africa. When she returned home to Laguna Beach, California, she began ministering at every opportunity and leading short-term missions teams. We met at a small charismatic church in Dana Point, and got married six months later after realizing we had the same radical desire to see revival among the poor and forgotten of the world.
Heidi is now “Mama Heidi” to thousands of children, and oversees a broad holistic ministry that includes Bible schools, medical clinics, church-based orphan care, well drilling, primary schools, evangelistic and healing outreaches in remote villages and a network of thousands of churches. She has BA, MA and PhD degrees, has authored four books and travels the world as a conference speaker.
Cal Pierce
Cal Pierce is the International Director of Healing Rooms Ministries and the International Association of Healing Rooms. He oversees this growing ministry at the International Headquarters in Spokane, WA, USA. Cal travels extensively speaking at conferences throughout the year, teaching on healing and casting the vision to see Healing Rooms in every city in every nation, as well as training and releasing the Body of Christ to be Kingdom people walking in power and authority with signs, wonders, and miracles following them!

In June 1996, while serving at Bethel Church in Redding, CA, Cal was powerfully touched by revival. God gave him an insatiable hunger to learn about healing and placed in his heart a passion to see His people healed.
Then in November 1997, God called Cal to move to Spokane, Washington, USA to re-dig the generational wells of healing that had lain dormant since the 1930’s. Through much prayer and a 40-day fast, Cal heard God say, “There is a time to pray and a time to move.” So, on July 22, 1999, Healing Rooms Ministries was born.
The ministry has since grown to have a global impact with thousands of Healing Rooms worldwide and growing daily.
Dawna De Silva
Dawna De Silva is the founder and co-leader of Bethel Sozo, the inner healing and deliverance ministry of Bethel Church. She lives in Redding, California, where she also oversees Bethel’s Transformation Center.
For over twenty years, Dawna has ministered with passion and purpose, empowering and equipping the Church to walk in freedom and wholeness of body, soul, and spirit.

She carries a breaker anointing, coupled with her strength as an activator, facilitating powerful group deliverance as she ministers the Word of God. Dawna travels extensively, bringing divine strategies for victory and drawing the body of Christ into unity.
A true standard bearer, she waves a flag of hope over the battle-weary and imparts tools for transformation. Her teachings on Shifting Atmospheres and Warring With Wisdom have become valuable resources for believers seeking to understand and gain victory over the spiritual realm.
Chad Dedmon
Chad Dedmon is a passionate minister, speaker, and revivalist with a heart to see the Church encounter the love and power of God. He has ministered in over 35 nations since 2006, equipping believers to walk in healing, miracles, and a lifestyle of intimacy with Jesus.
With a contagious joy and deep love for God’s presence, Chad carries a message of freedom, identity, and supernatural living.

Chad has served as a young adult and youth pastor at the Vineyard Church in Laguna Niguel, CA, as well as Alumni, Ordination, and BSSM Pastor at Bethel Church in Redding. He now leads Encountering Jesus Ministries and Catch the Wave alongside his wife, Julia, focusing on empowering the body of Christ to encounter Jesus through worship, prayer, and evangelism.
Kevin Dedmon
Kevin has been in pastoral ministry for over 30 years and has a B.A. in Biblical Studies and an M.A. degree in Church Leadership from Vanguard University.
He taught revival Kingdom theology, Treasure Hunts, and healing in the Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry for 13 years. He was also on the leadership team of Bethel Church during that time, where he developed Treasure Hunts, Firestarters, HomeFire, and activated church members in evangelism as well as training new believers and new members in a revival supernatural lifestyle.

Kevin has also authored the following books: The Ultimate Treasure Hunt, Unlocking Heaven: Keys to Living Naturally Supernatural, The Risk Factor, T.N.T., Firestarters curriculum, HomeFire curriculum and Presence Therapy.
Kevin, along with his wife Theresa, spend their time speaking at conferences and churches, writing and developing a curriculum in which people are equipped, empowered and activated in miracles, healing, and prophetic as a normal lifestyle of the believer.
Theresa Dedmon
Theresa Dedmon has been a pioneer in equipping believers to live creatively and supernaturally for over 30 years. From an early age, she felt the whispers of God calling her into ministry—a journey that has led her to pastor, teach, and lead in local churches, global movements, and creative communities around the world.
As an international speaker, author, and prophetic catalyst, Theresa partners with churches, organizations, and leaders worldwide to bring reformation, renaissance, and revival through creativity.

In 2002, Theresa and her family joined Bethel Church in Redding, California, where she served on staff for 19 years. During that time, she foreran Bethel’s Creative Arts Movement and oversaw the creative ministry within the Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry. Her leadership helped shape a generation of artists, revivalists, and cultural reformers to release God’s creativity in every sphere of influence.
Since 2019, Theresa has developed an online global community, formerly known as Create Academy and now reimagined as the Kingdom Creative Movement—a catalytic, Spirit-led community that mentors believers to discover their creative identity and release Heaven’s transformation in their regions. Together with her husband Kevin and a team of leaders, Theresa equips students through courses, mentorship, and weekly small groups to live out their God-given creative calling.
Her passion is to activate every believer to prophesy, heal the sick, and transform culture through the supernatural love and creativity of God.
