What You Will Receive in Our KCM Leadership Academy

1. Personal Mentorship

Benefit from our weekly mentorship times, where you’ll receive personalized teaching from my 35 years of leading ministries and creatives.  Then, you will take what you’ve learned and apply it to the groups and KCM ministries you will be engaged in.  We offer healing room and prophetic ministry opportunities to our leaders, as well as monthly creative groups in different creative expressions, like art, dance, business, music, and writing.

2. Community Support in Small Groups

You will be nurtured and supported in a small group,  that will provide a safe environment for encouragement, collaboration, and shared learning experiences. Build lasting relationships with fellow creatives who are on a similar journey.

3. Empowerment to Lead

As part of Leadership Academy, you’ll receive a full membership to KCM—including KCM Live, our weekly, interactive community gathering with Theresa. You’ll have the opportunity to lead a small group during these live sessions, walk through Theresa’s identity courses on becoming (if you haven’t already), and grow in a powerful, hands-on way. Your membership also includes access to all KCM community benefits: monthly creative groups in art, dance, music, writing, and business, Healing Rooms, Prophetic Lives, Family Talks with Kevin and Theresa, and more.

4. Creative Discovery

Uncover your unique creative potential through hands-on projects. Receive constructive feedback to refine your skills and explore new avenues of expression in ministry. You will learn how to create with God from a place of abiding, which will transform the way you create and how it will impact others.

5. The 8 Leadership Pillars of a Kingdom Creative

Learn the essential principles of thriving as a Kingdom Creative. These pillars will serve as a foundation for your leadership and creativity, guiding you toward fulfilling God’s purposes in your life.

6. Ministry Experiences

You can travel with Theresa on ministry trips, gaining firsthand experience in outreach and service. Engage in impactful ministry work that will enhance your skills and broaden your perspective- these experiences will be both online and in-person events.

7. Releasing the Supernatural

Discover how to release the supernatural through your creative process and life. Learn methods for healing and prophetic ministry, allowing you to profoundly impact others.

8. Emotional Healing, Belief Training, and Mind Renewal

Experience transformative training that focuses on renewing your mind and aligning your beliefs with God’s promises. This foundation will empower you to live a successful, fulfilled life.  Students will learn how to face their fears, shortcomings, and insecurities through emotional healing through trusting a safe encouraging community.

Learn the power of co-creating with God, fostering a deep sense of connection and creativity that flows from abiding in His presence. Discover how to engage His Spirit in all your creative endeavors.

10. Launching Healing Through Create To Be Free and A Supernatural Creative Conference and Ministry

You can host Theresa at your church or region to release supernatural creativity. You will be equipped to lead a creative movement within your church or community. You will gain practical skills and insights that will enable you to inspire and mobilize others toward a shared vision of creativity and faith. You can also become certified to teach her Create To Be Free Art in Healing Course to others who need healing (there is both an adult and children’s version)
